Website data
When the website is used, data needed for it to work may be processed technically — for example the IP address, browser type, device information and technical logs. Where analytics or marketing cookies are used, the related data is processed only in line with the consent settings you have chosen.
Please do not enter information in free-text fields, or attach documents, that is not needed to consider your request or your application.
How we use personal data
Data may be used in order to:
- process an employer request
- contact you and confirm the requirements
- identify a suitable form of cooperation
- review a candidate application
- assess whether a candidate suits a particular vacancy or request
- contact a candidate when a suitable opportunity comes up
- arrange the further steps between the parties
- prepare, conclude and perform contracts
- keep the website running and secure
- meet obligations set out in law
- protect the legitimate interests of Renvoltix OÜ in the event of claims or disputes
The legal bases we rely on
Depending on the situation, personal data may be processed on different legal bases.
- Contract and pre-contractual steps
- Where the data is needed to consider a request, prepare an offer or perform a contractual relationship.
- Legal obligation
- Where processing is necessary to meet requirements set out in law.
- Legitimate interests
- For example to keep the site secure, to conduct business correspondence or to protect the rights of Renvoltix, where those interests are not overridden by the rights of the individual.
- Consent
- Where the law requires consent — for example for certain non-essential cookies or other separate forms of processing.
Who data may be shared with
We do not sell personal data.
To the extent necessary for the relevant purpose, data may be accessible to service providers who help Renvoltix run the website, e-mail, hosting and other technical systems needed for our work.
Candidate data may also be passed to a prospective employer or to a client of Renvoltix where this is necessary to consider the candidate for the work in question and there is an appropriate legal basis for doing so.
Where data has to be disclosed to a public authority or another party under the law, Renvoltix may do so to the extent the law provides.
How long we keep data
How long data is kept depends on the purpose it was received for and on the requirements of the law.
- Employer requests
- For as long as the request and the cooperation that follows are being handled, and for the period needed to meet contractual and legal obligations.
- Candidate applications and attachments
- For the period needed to consider the application and to offer suitable opportunities. A candidate may ask for their application to be deleted at any time.
- Contract documentation
- For the period the law prescribes for such documents.
- Business correspondence
- For the period needed to conduct and evidence the business relationship.
- Technical logs
- For the period needed to operate and secure the website.
- Cookies and analytics
- In line with the lifetimes set out in the cookie policy and the consent settings chosen.
Once data is no longer needed for these purposes and the law does not require it to be kept, it is deleted.
