General provisions

The renvoltix.ee website is operated by Renvoltix OÜ.

By using the site, the visitor undertakes to use it in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.

The site exists primarily to provide information about the services of Renvoltix OÜ, to receive requests from companies and to receive applications from candidates.

The information on the site is not in itself an individual commercial offer and does not replace a separate agreement, unless the particular circumstances clearly indicate otherwise.

Information and services on the site

Renvoltix aims to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date. The descriptions of services, trades, timeframes, processes and other possibilities are nevertheless informational.

Whether workers can in fact be provided, or a particular request met, depends among other things on the content of the request, the qualifications required, the place of work, the timeframe, the availability of suitable workers and the terms agreed between the parties.

Publishing information about a particular trade does not amount to a guarantee that workers in that trade are continuously available.

Employer requests

Submitting the "Request workers" form, or any other enquiry through the site, is an approach to Renvoltix and does not in itself constitute the conclusion of an agreement.

Nor does it in itself amount to:

  • confirmation of an order
  • a guarantee that the stated number of workers will be provided
  • a guarantee of a particular start date
  • agreement on price
  • acceptance of all the terms stated by the client

Having received a request, Renvoltix may contact the company representative to confirm the need, the working conditions, the qualifications required, the number of workers, the timeframe and other material circumstances.

The obligations of the parties in respect of a particular order arise on the basis of separately agreed terms, where the nature of the transaction so requires.

Candidate applications

Submitting a candidate application means approaching Renvoltix so that the possibility of cooperation or of suitable work can be considered.

Submitting an application:

  • is not a guarantee of employment
  • does not guarantee that a suitable vacancy exists
  • does not mean that an employment contract is concluded automatically
  • does not guarantee that the candidate will be put forward to a particular client

Renvoltix reviews the information provided by the candidate in the light of the requests it has and the requirements of the work in question.

The specific terms of any employment or other relationship, where one arises, are determined separately in accordance with applicable law and the relevant agreements.

Temporary agency work

Where workers are provided, the model of cooperation, the composition of the team, the qualification requirements, the place and time of the work, the price, the recording of working time and other terms are set out in the agreement and / or in the agreed order.

In temporary agency work, the allocation of duties between Renvoltix, the worker and the company at which the work is carried out is determined by applicable law and by the relevant contractual relationships.

In particular, the practical organisation of the work on site, the work assignments and the instructions may fall within the sphere of the company under whose direction or supervision the worker performs the work, to the extent provided by law and by the agreement.

The specific allocation of duties, including questions of work organisation and safety, is determined by applicable law and by the contractual relationships between the parties, not by these website terms.

Recruitment

When providing recruitment services, Renvoltix searches for and / or pre-selects candidates in accordance with the requirements agreed with the client.

Presenting a candidate to a client is not in itself a guarantee that:

  • an employment contract will be concluded with the candidate
  • the candidate will accept an offer
  • any future employment relationship will last for a particular period
  • the candidate will achieve a particular business result

The final decision on hiring a candidate rests with the employer concerned.

The extent to which qualifications, experience, documents, references or other information are verified is determined by the service agreed and by the applicable requirements.

Qualifications and requirements for workers

Requirements as to qualifications, experience, certificates, permits and other documents depend on the trade in question and on the nature of the work.

Where law, site conditions or the agreement provide special requirements for particular work, those requirements must be agreed before the work begins.

The information on a trade page should not be taken as confirmation that every available worker holds every possible certificate or permit. Specific requirements should be stated when the request is submitted and agreed separately.

Commercial terms and the agreement

The price of services, the number of workers, the start date, the duration of the work, the working schedule, the payment arrangements, the scope of the service and other commercial terms are agreed individually.

Where the content of the site differs from the terms the parties have individually agreed for a particular service, the individually agreed terms apply, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

No price list is published on the site, so the information published here does not constitute publicly established prices.

Information provided by the user

The user is responsible for ensuring that the information submitted through the forms or by other means is, to the best of the user's knowledge, accurate and not misleading.

An employer should provide the information needed to understand the request, including the material requirements as to the work, the qualifications, the place of work and the timeframe.

A candidate should provide accurate information about their experience, qualifications and documents.

The user must not submit through the site the personal data of other people, or confidential material, without a proper basis for doing so.

Acceptable use of the site

It is prohibited to deliberately:

  • disrupt the operation or the security of the site
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access
  • submit malicious code
  • use the forms for spam or fraud
  • impersonate another person or organisation
  • use automated means in a way that places an excessive load on the site or disrupts its operation
  • use the content of the site in breach of the applicable rights of third parties

Renvoltix may take reasonable technical measures to protect the site and its users.

Liability

Renvoltix takes reasonable steps to keep the site working correctly and the published information up to date, but does not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or entirely free of technical errors.

Renvoltix may temporarily restrict access to the site for maintenance, updates, security reasons or for reasons beyond the company's control.

General information on the site should not be treated as professional, legal, tax or other individual advice.

The liability of Renvoltix in connection with a particular service is determined by applicable law and by the agreement concluded in respect of that service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Links and third-party services

The site may contain links to third-party websites or services. Those resources are outside the control of Renvoltix and their use is governed by the rules of their respective owners.

The presence of a link does not in itself mean that Renvoltix is responsible for the content or the operation of a third-party resource.

Intellectual property

The content of the site, including original texts, design, graphic elements and company materials, may be protected by copyright, trade mark rights and other applicable rights.

Individual materials, images included, may be used under licences or third-party rights. In those cases the rights belong to the respective rights holders.

Ordinary browsing of the site does not give the user any ownership of that content. Protected content may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without the appropriate permission, except where the law allows it.

Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data received through the site is described in the privacy policy.

Information about the use of cookies and similar technologies is set out in the cookie policy.

Changes and governing law

Renvoltix may update the content of the site, its functionality and these terms, in particular where the services, the technical solutions or the applicable requirements change.

The current version of the terms is published on this page and the date of the last update is shown at the top of the document. Updating the terms does not in itself change an agreement concluded before the update.

The use of the site and these terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia, unless mandatory provisions of applicable law provide otherwise.

The parties will seek to resolve any dispute primarily through negotiation.
