Renvoltix OÜ is the employer: we handle the employment relationship and the obligations that come with it. On site the person works under your supervision, to your schedule and your safety rules. The exact terms and the split of responsibility are agreed before work starts.

From a short period covering a single stage of work up to several months. Seasonal and stage-based bookings are the most common. The period is agreed during the request and can be extended if the work runs longer.

Yes. We can provide individual specialists or a group that works together — a monolithic or masonry crew, for example. Say in the request how many people and what mix of trades you need.

Yes, that is the point of leasing. If the volume grows we add people; when a stage ends we scale the team back with the agreed notice period.

The location of the site, the trades needed, how many workers, the start date and expected duration, the working hours, and any site requirements such as safety induction or specific licences. We clarify the rest ourselves.

Most requests come from Tallinn and Harju county and from Ida-Viru county. We also work in Tartu, Pärnu, Rakvere, Viljandi and elsewhere — terms for sites further away are agreed per project.
