Welders in Estonia
Staff leasing and recruitment
Looking for welders for a site, a workshop or a short-term project? Renvoltix helps you find welders based on the welding process, material and workload you actually have — in Tallinn, Harju county, Ida-Viru county and elsewhere in Estonia.
Welding is a job where skill level shows up immediately
Welding is one of those trades where the difference between an experienced and an inexperienced worker becomes obvious on day one. Weld quality, material preparation, machine settings and safety discipline all affect your schedule and the final inspection.
That is why we do not offer welders from a generic list. Before proposing candidates we clarify which welding process is needed, the material and thickness, whether the work happens in a workshop or on site, and whether a valid certificate or specific project experience is required.

Yes, short-term requests are normal. Describe the period and the workload and we will tell you whether and when suitable workers can be found.
-
It depends on the individual candidate. If your site requires a valid welding certificate or a specific qualification, state it in the request and we will only look for candidates who meet it.
-
Yes. We work in Tallinn and Harju county, Ida-Viru county and other regions of Estonia. For distant sites, accommodation and transport terms are agreed separately.

This is agreed for each cooperation and written into the contract. Please state in your request what you provide on site and what you expect from us.

We answer requests on working days as quickly as we can. We only commit to a timeline for finding workers after reviewing your requirements — we do not promise what we cannot deliver.
